If you are looking for a quality fitness professional It is important to take an active role in being coachable.The first session should be a meeting of the minds that will help design a fitness program that will help understand base line starting points for postural stability, cardiovascular and strength. Check his or her personality to see if it matches your own.Take ownership of your goals and together you can set realistic outcomes for the fastest possible results.

A. When you are looking for a fitness professional ,get a referral.

* Do you have back or hip pain?

A. Get Ready to Change. Are you ready mentally?Decide what is your True objective .If you want to drop 3 dresses by next week It is not going to happen. Be realistic. You should be open to learn, be coached It is through learning and results that you get inspiration .Understand this is not a Quick fix. You want to create a healthy weight a healthy life not just for this month but for your entire life. Are you Ready?

A. “How can i lose weight Now?! Anyone can lose a few pounds in a day …or a week …maybe even more than a few but you have to look at where you are right now. How long did it take you to get to this point ..Let us set a realistic goal with a plan of action that will elicit long lasting fat loss for optimal healthy results. Why you you want it so bad?Are you really committed to 1.Making a plan 2. Committing to a new lifestyle 3.Daily exercise and 4. FEELING GREAT!

A. Currently studying at National Institute of Whole Health

A. We look to serve the client and the goals they set. We have programs which could include weekly personal training sessions, weekly coaching sessions, meal plans or scientifically based supplements.Program is based on short and long term goals
